Brian Hennessey of Grubb & Ellis tells GlobeSt.com that PT Worldwide, a cosmetic and reconstructive surgery practice, will move from Beverly Hills to the new offices in January after a six-month build-out of its space, which was vacant at the time of the sale. Medical office build-outs typically require more time because they include additional plumbing, specialized electrical and plumbing fixtures, and other equipment that adds to both the time and cost of a build-out.

Hennessey was part of a Grubb and Ellis team including Alexander Wadley and Chris Baer that represented both the buyer and the seller.
