Prior to joining Advantis, Wenzel worked for Portfolio Solutions as a contractor in Chicago. He also served in property management with Draper & Kramer Inc., NAI Hiffman Inc. and Providence Capital LLC.

Wenzel is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association and Certified Commercial Investment Member.
