$25 per SF Sought for Distribution Center

PHILADELPHIA-With its parent company's acquisition of Hershey's non-chocolate candies, Farley's & Sathers Candy Co. puts its 262,000-sf Sathers Candy distribution center on four acres in the Vogelbacher Industrial Park in Luzerne County, PA up for sale for $6.5 million.

PHILADELPHIA-Round Lake, MN-based Farley’s & Sathers Candy Co. has put its262,000-sf distribution facility in Pittston Township, PA on the sales block for $6.5 million, or just shy of $25 per sf. Sathers Candy developed the property in 1991.

The facility is located on a 40-acre site at 101 Sathers Dr. in the Vogelbacher Industrial Park in Pittston Township in Luzerne County, PA. It includes 24,720 sf of office space and a 25,100-sf, detached truck repair facility along with parking for approximately 300 vehicles, including 60 trailers. It also has 26 loading docks.
