Kalberer Acquires 16,784-SF Retail Center for $3.3M

LAKE OSWEGO, OR-"We have been looking for additional property for quite sometime," says Mike Kalberer, Partner at Kalberer Company. "Lake Oswego Crossing piqued our interest because it's new, it was well constructed, and it has great potential.

LAKE OSWEGO, OR-Kalberer Company has closed on the purchase of Lake Oswego Crossing, a two-building 16,784 sf retail center located at 17437 SW Boones Ferry Rd. The purchase price was $3.3 million.

Kalberer Co. owns property throughout the Portland Metropolitan area. Properties include the Creative Services Center, 5th Avenue Court Apartment Buildings, and property on 208 SW1st.The seller was Beacon Homes LLC, a partner of Peter Kusyk and Kurt Dalbey, who built up and recently sold The Equity Group, a regional residential real estate firm.
