MV, which recently won a service contract with Los Angeles County, will use the Van Nuys building as a regional facility employing 200 workers, according to Chris Sullivan of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services. Sullivan, who represented MV in lease negotiations with landlord Jack Holiday, says the new site will serve the San Fernando Valley, the Santa Clarita Valley and Ventura County. Holiday was represented by Chuck Carmichael of NAI CapitalCommercial.

The new MV facility is a concrete tilt-up structure on 2.5 acres of land with excess acreage for expansion and storage.
