PHILADELPHIA-The Columbus, OH office of Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis and Great Neck, NY-based Keen Realty are accepting offers for the 926,616-sf former Franciscan Medical Center in Dayton, OH ahead of the qualifying bid deadline of Sept. 6, set by the center. The auction is scheduled for Sept. 10.

“The right offer can be accepted (in the interim) and the property withdrawn from the auction,” says Craig Fox, Keen vice president, in a statement.

The property is a complex of connected buildings ranging from two to 12 stories high. It is vacant and sits on 20.9 acres along the Miami River with access to I-75 and US 35.
