"The right offer can be accepted (in the interim) and the property withdrawn from the auction," says Craig Fox, Keen vice president, in a statement.
The property is a complex of connected buildings ranging from two to 12 stories high. It is vacant and sits on 20.9 acres along the Miami River with access to I-75 and US 35.
Fox says the building is suitable as a medical facility or a variety of alternate uses, "including a corporate headquarters, office, or mixed-use development."
Grobmyer Associates, a St. Petersburg, FL-based healthcare consulting and interim management firm, assisted the current owners in selecting Keen and CB Richard Ellis to market the property between now and the close of bidding.
George Stecz and Don Roberts of the CBRE's Columbus office are accepting offers in addition to Fox at Keen.
