Mountain View-based Sandis Humber Jones Civil Engineers has purchased the office building, which is located at 590 Menlo Drive. John Walston of Grubb & Ellis' Sacramento office represented Sandis Humber Jones Civil Engineers in this transaction, while Cornish & Carey represented the seller, John Kniveton of Sacramento.
Nearby, Rocklin-based Kobra Properties bought a 14-acre site at Stanford Ranch Road and Highway 65 and a 9-acre site at Pleasant Grove Boulevard and Fairway Drive in Roseville for approximately $10 million. The company plans to develop a 150,000-sf retail complex and a mixed-use office and retail property on the sites.
