PHILADELPHIA-Locally based Seligsohn Hess has been named exclusive leasing agent of the twin office structures at 1800 and 1880 JFK Parkway in Center City’s prime office area west of Market Street. The buildings were completed in 1984 and purchased by Rahway, NJ-based Denholtz Associates in 2000.

The 20-story buildings contain 474,000 sf of rentable office space and are joined by a three-story glass atrium with seating, plantings and a fountain. The lobby level has 4,300 sf of retail space, occupied by a coffeehouse, restaurant, copy center, bank and travel agency.

The office space is 92% leased. Seligsohn plans to locate its own offices there this fall, taking the space to nearly 100% occupancy.
