Vista will more than double its space when it moves this fall into the new building, which is now under construction, according to David Hoffberg of Delphi Business Properties, who represented the computer systems designer.
Hoffberg says Vista will employ between 80 and 90 workers at the site, which is in a part of the Valencia Commerce Center called Intertex Commerce Center.
Doug Sonderegger and Craig Peters of CB Richard Ellis represented Intertex I LLC, developers of Intertex Commerce Center.
