The brokerage relocated its Orange County office from Irvine to the Newport Corporate Tower in Newport Beach, more than doubling its size to 2,300 sf. Burnham has received a contract from American Realty Advisors to manage the 200,000-sf Class A office building.

Burnham has also opened a new office at 12001 Ventura Place in Studio City to better serve its growing Los Angeles portfolio.
