Before joining NAI/CCIP, Bible was vice president of development at Summit Properties in Austin. He was responsible for the firm's Texas regional office for apartment development in Austin and Dallas. He also was a senior broker at Kennedy-Wilson International's Austin office from 1993 to 2001 and vice president of asset management at NationsBank in Austin and Dallas from 1988 to 1993.
Prior to that, he was an associate of Trammell Crow Co.'s advisory services in Austin and Dallas, where he worked in asset management. He also was a vice president of the multifamily division of Chasewood Co. (Trammell Crow Residential).
In announcing Bible's arrival at NAI/CIP, Frank Niendorff, the firm's president, said "he is both detail-oriented and people-oriented and has for many years provided a variety of brokerage services to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and investors in Central Texas.
