Pitney Bowes Takes 62,090 SF at Rochester Tech Park

NEW YORK CITY-The five million-sf facility gets a new tenant as the mail and document management services provider takes a long-term lease with a 30,000-sf expansion option at RTP's Building 9.

NEW YORK CITY-Mail and document management services provider Pitney Bowes Inc. has signed a long-term lease for 62,090 sf in Building 9 at Rochester Technology Park for its Management Services division. The deal includes an option to expand into an additional 30,000 sf.

PBMS will relocate roughly 70 employees currently housed at the firm’s Buffalo Road facility in Rochester to RTP. The lease begins immediately but Pitney Bowes will build out the space before taking occupancy. Terms of the transaction have not been released.
