Entrust Takes 6,500 SF at 555 City Center

OAKLAND-Entrust Administration has signed a long-term lease with Shorenstein Co. to occupy office space at 555 City Center, the newest building at Oakland City Center. The lease agreement is effective as of September.

OAKLAND-Entrust Administration, a pension and retirement administration company specializing in real estate, will relocate from its current location in Oakland to the new 555 City Center building in Downtown Oakland.

The company has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 6,581-sf of space at 555 City Center, a Shorenstein Co.-owned commercial office building in the downtown area. The lease agreement is effective as of September and the company plans to relocate to its new space from its existing facility on Grand Avenue at that time.

According to Debra Greenstein, Entrust Administration president, the company is moving to 555 City Center because they were presented with an excellent lease agreement. The area’s abundance of dining and retail options were also a major draw for Entrust.
