The 18-acre shopping center, on the southeast corner of I-95 and Northlake Boulevard, is unoccupied while undergoing a total renovation at an undisclosed cost. The property will reopen in December.
"The planned rehab will once again make this center a preferred shopping destination for Palm Beach Gardens and nearby communities," Alberto A. Valdes, president of Off Main Furniture, says in a prepared statement.
"Off Furniture is actively searching for additional sites in Florida, he says. "We want to be well positioned in markets throughout the state that will continue to benefit from favorable demographic trends."
The store has locations in Coral Springs and Deerfield Beach. Mike Yacobellis, senior associate in the Boca Raton, FL office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented Off Main Furniture in the deal.
