According to Jim Arcee, Director of Asset Services in Northern California for Cushman & Wakefield, Sun Microsystems was attracted to Cushman & Wakefield for a number of reasons, including its strong reputation for leadership and technology.

Arcee tells Globest.com that Sun was excited about the firm's use of Business Integration Group, a Web-based property and facilities management solution. Cushman & Wakefield is a majority owner in "BIG" and one of few companies that use the technology. BIG's Web-enabled tools will provide information that will allow Sun and Cushman & Wakefield to measure and manage operating and financial performance on a round-the-clock basis.
