The new location will allow the company, which specializes in direct-response telesales, to expand its existing call center operations. AfterMarket currently operates two other call centers in the greater Phoenix area.

"It was a location they could get into very quickly," David Seeger, managing director of Insignia/ESG tells GlobeSt.com. Seeger says the location, a former grocery store, was converted into a call center several years ago by sublessor Excell Agent Services.

Seeger, who brokered the deal along with managing director Karsten Peterson and associate Mark Gustin, on behalf of Excell, says AfterMarket chose the location because the area's demographics were conducive to attracting new employees. "There weren't a lot of call centers in the area so they won't have to compete for employees as much," Seeger explains. Gary Gregg of Fulton Andrew represented AfterMarket, which also got the furniture with the bargaining.
