Telemarketer Subleases 33,418 SF for Third Metro Call Center; 700 Jobs Coming

MESA, AZ-The AfterMarket Co. signs a deal valued at $877,266 over its term. The space at 1960 E. Main St. was subleased from Excell Agent Services, which converted a former grocery store into a call center.

MESA, AZ-The AfterMarket Co. has inked a deal to sublease 33,418 sf at Gilbert Road and Main Street in Mesa Village for a telemarketing center that will employ more than 700 people. The deal for 1960 E. Main St. in Mesa is valued at $877,266 over its term.

The new location will allow the company, which specializes in direct-response telesales, to expand its existing call center operations. AfterMarket currently operates two other call centers in the greater Phoenix area.
