The company has announced it will place three buildings on the market: The BOMARC building near Paine Field and two properties at the Harbour Pointe industrial park in Mukilteo.

The company, according to spokeswoman Sandy Angers, is leasing in order to retain as much flexibility as possible with Boeing's corporate real estate assets.

"We studied various options and felt this way would be the best," Angers says. The two Harbour Pointe buildings were built in 1993, with one building at 475,000 sf and the other at 326,000 sf. They sit on a 35-acre site.

The BOMARC building is 468,000 sf of manufacturing space with 10,000 sf of office space. Formerly used as an interiors assembly, storage and distribution facility, the building is currently vacant. The company says it would be willing to divide the buildings into smaller space, starting with the BOMARC.

Binswanger Puget Sound Properties has been retained by Boeing Realty Corp. to market the properties.
