Drawer Maker Takes 51,203 SF of Industrial

ORANGE, CA-Drawer Box Specialties, a provider of custom-made drawers, inks a $1.6-million lease to occupy industrial space in Orange. The new tenant will move into Unit A of 1482 Batavia St. in October.

ORANGE, CA-Drawer Box Specialties has inked a $1.6-million lease for industrial space in Orange.

The company, which provides custom-made drawers for cabinet, furniture and showcase industry manufacturers, will take 51,203 sf at 1482 Batavia St. The new tenant will move into Unit A of the industrial property in October.
