Market Research Firm Takes Full Floor at 475 Park Ave. South

NEW YORK CITY-Business and technology specialist Jupiter Research is in the process of relocating its headquarters to 475 Park Avenue South. The firm will occupy the 35-story Midtown property’s entire fourth floor.

Jupiter, acquired by INT Media Group. Inc on July 31, is moving house today and will open for business at the new space on Monday. The 16,000-sf Park Avenue South quarters will house research analysts, sales and administrative personnel. Details of the two-year sublease have not been released, but published asking prices for the space are $36 per sf. Cushman and Wakefield’s Steven Bauer brokered for Jupiter whil sublessor IGN Entertainment Inc. was represented by C&W’s Alexander Chudnoff and David Dusek.
