Pembroke Pines Center Sells for $43.8M

MIAMI-The Fort Lauderdale, FL-based buyer, CCMSC 200-1 Broward Plaza, paid Westfork Plaza Ltd. $110 per sf for the 398,292 sf shopping center in a busy area of Broward County.

The shopping center at 15925-15999 W. Pines Blvd was built in 1999. In the surrounding area, it has Walgreen's, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Discount Auto as free-standing parcels.

The outside shops were not included in the deal. Lennar Partners, based in Miami, bought the outstanding mortgages on the center for an undisclosed amount.
