7-Unit Apartment Complex Changes Hands

SAN DIEGO, CA-The buyer, 477 LLC, shells out $105,000 per unit for the multifamily property, which stands at 3935 32nd St. It is the latest in a string of multifamily transactions to occur in the county, as apartment product continues to be a favorite among local investors.

SAN DIEGO, CA-A small apartment complex here has traded hands, with the buyer shelling out $105,000 per unit for the San Diego property. The seven-unit complex, which stands at 3935 32nd St., has sold for $735,000. Amenities here include fireplaces and garages at the ground level. The 10-year-old property was 100% occupied at the time of sale.

The seller, Gary D. McDaniel, was represented by George Carlson of Burnham Real Estate Services Oncor International. Carlson also acted on behalf of the buyer, 477 LLC. The LLC’s managing partner is Tim Wayne.
