Health Care Firms Lease 130,000 SF

WASHINGTON, DC METRO-Two health care companies have signed on to occupy a total of 130,000-sf in metropolitan Washington-area office buildings through the District office of New York’s Trizec Properties Inc. Both APS Healthcare and FHC Health Systems Inc.’s ValueOptions have signed 10-year leases for their respective spaces.

APS will occupy 60,000 sf in Silver Spring, MD’s three-building Silver Spring Metro Plaza on Colesville Road, where space goes for $25.75 to $27.75-per-sf. ValueOptions will occupy 69,000-sf of space at Sunrise Technology Park on Sunrise Valley Drive in Reston, VA. Leasing fees in the four-structure office park range from $13 to $15 per sf.
