US Healthworks, which specializes in occupational medicine and rehabilitation, has recently signed a ten-year agreement with Four Points Partners LLC c/o Menlo Equities. The new tenant will take 14,587 sf at 5675 Ruffin Rd., which it plans to occupy in October of this year.
US Healthworks was represented by Brad Gross of Equis Corp. in the transaction. Ron Miller and Pat Rohan of Burnham Real Estate Services Oncor International acted on behalf of Four Points Partners.
Office vacancy in San Diego County declined slightly during the second quarter of 2002, according to a recent report by Burnham Real Estate Services. Vacancy in the county's office market has dropped from 12.3% to 12.2%, says the Burnham research. In addition, new office construction is winding down, with 1 million sf completed year-to-date.
