Located just outside of Baltimore, the strip mall occupies 14.2 acres and is home to such retailers as Blockbuster Video, CVS Drug, Radio Shack and a 50,000-sf Safeway grocery store. The nearby vacant parcel of land is capable of accommodating up to 50,000-sf of retail space.

"It is anchored by a high-volume grocery store in an area with strong demographics. Expansion of the center is planned for the immediate future.
