The company signed a lease renewal for the building, which is located at 30200 Whipple in Union City, and plans to use the space for distribution purposes. The 130,140-sf building is located in the Alvarado Business Center, a 10-building, 1.2 million-sf warehouse and distribution park. The park is currently 100% leased to 28 tenants.

"Breuners considered all its options," says Todd Severson, vice president of Colliers International's Oakland office. "But in the end, the company decided that remaining in its current location and signing a long-term lease was valuable for its employees."

Severson represented Breuners in the transaction, while the landlord, RREEF, represented itself.
