SavaJe, which provides advanced Java platforms for handheld and wireless devices, is expanding from 4,000 sf in North Chelmsford. Sweden-based Axis Communications, a provider of network cameras and video servers has subleased 3,656 sf on the first floor of 100 Apollo Dr. from Altera Corporation.
Built in 1999,100 Apollo Dr., an 110,930 sf class A office building, is located on Route 495 North and sits on 13 acres of land. The building is now fully leased to tenants including Philips Semiconductors, Altera and GTE.
