Cascades Center Building Goes for $3M

DULLES, VA-A 41,800-sf flex building in the multi-structure, 140,000-sf Cascades Business Center sells to Dulles Marketing & Services LLC for $3.11 million. Buchanan Partners developed the building last year.

DULLES, VA-One of the five buildings in the 140,000-sf Cascades Business Center flex/warehouse and condominium development has been sold in a $3.1-million deal. Dulles Marketing & Services LLC acquired the 41,800-sf flex structure from developer Buchanan Partners.

Located on Marie’s Road near the Washingotn Dulles International Airport the structure is less than one-year-old and is leased in its entirety to indoor entertainment company Allsports Grand Prix. The popular 10-acre park sits just behind Loudoun Tech Center and is home to other tenants such as indoor rock climbing facility, software developer Inline Corporation and Italian furniture and home systems distributor DAR International Furniture.
