Harper Partners Acquires Donahue

MIAMI-Harper Partners Inc., a Coral Gables, FL-based architectural firm, has finalized the acquisition of Donahue & Co., a Boca Raton, FL-based interior design and architectural group, for an undisclosed amount and will absorb the company’s 20 employees into its Coral Gables, FL headquarters.

Donahue & Co., started in 1988 by Kevin Donahue, grossed $2.4 million last year, according to a prepared statement from the company. Donahue was named chief operating officer at Harper and his company will continue under its trademark identity, The New Architect.

“Harper Partners has grown through partnering with other firms to expand our base geographically and in markets served,” Harper CEO David Harper says in the statement. “The addition of Donahue & Company to our firm is a reflection of our commitment to continued growth on every level.”
