The company has signed a 10-year lease to occupy half of the third floor at One Beach St., a four-story, 100,000-sf property. Skyy plans to occupy its 15,446-sf space by the end of the year. Neil Kelly of Union Commercial Brokerage represented Skyy in the transaction, while Bill Cumbelich of The CAC Group in San Francisco represented the landlord, Gerson, Bakar & Associates. The asking rate for this space is $33-$35 per sf.

Nearby, Huron Consulting Group has signed a sublease for 15,682-sf at 1 Front Street. The Chicago-based consulting company committed to 2.5 years for the building's entire eighth floor. Robert Schoder of U.S. Equities in Chicago represented Huron, while Greg Fogg and John Giordani of BT Commercial and Margaret Duskin of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublessor, DFS Group Limited. The sublease details were not revealed.
