Fulton comes from Grubb's Nashville affiliate, Grubb & Ellis Centennial Inc., where he served as chairman since the merger of Centennial, Inc. and Fulton Armstrong Associates, Inc. in 1993.
In his new position, Fulton will oversee all transactions in the Northeast, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions. "Based on my experience in commercial real estate and my involvement in the Grubb & Ellis affiliate program, I am convinced that Grubb & Ellis has the most comprehensive platform in the industry - one that provides the full measure of services needed by today's transaction professionals," he states.
Fulton holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member's National Instructor designation. He is also a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance and the Urban Land Institute. He is a past president of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and the Commercial Investment Division of the Tennessee Association of Realtors.
