Bernath started in real estate 19 years ago with Century 21 in New York City and from 1984-1989 she served as a salesperson in general real estate.
In 1989, she changed companies to Claudia Homes in Staten Island, NY as well as positions and became sales director.
She moved to South Florida in 1994 and began working the Miami Beach market with Weitzer Home Builders. In June of that year, she started working as sales director in charge of Crescent Heights.
