BOC Group Leases 84,471 SF Industrial Building

PHILADELPHIA-UK-based BOC has Group leased an 84,471-sf, single-tenant manufacturing facility at 3501 Island Ave. in Philadelphia County and a 48,000-sf office space in Lebanon, NJ. The two-part transaction was brokered by two neighboring Northeast offices of Addison, TX-based Staubach Co.

Daniel J. Loughlin, managing principal of Murray Hill, NJ-based Staubach Co. of New Jersey, headed the effort. Harry Thomas, vice president at Staubach’s Philadelphia office, assisted in the transaction.

Terms of the leases are undisclosed. The average asking rental rate for industrial space in the Philadelphia metro area is approximately $4.25 per sf, according to brokers familiar with the area.
