The locally based law firm of Matheney, Sears, Linkert & Long has renewed and expanded its lease in the building to 20,310 sf. The 10-year deal is valued at $4.9 million. The law firm has been in the building for three years.

As well, Wichita, Kan.-based Western Farm Credit Bank, on behalf of Interwest Insurance Services, has leased 34,238-sf of office space in the building. That 10-year lease is valued at $7.3 million.

Clyde Rawlings and Dennis Neeley of Grubb & Ellis Company represented both the lessee and the lessor in the first deal and just the building owner in the second deal. Tom Aguer of Aguer Pipgras Associates represented Western Farm Credit Bank.
