Hollander, an eight-year Insignia vet, says he will continue to work both the tenant rep and agency side of the business. He tells GlobeSt.com his reputation at I/ESG was that of a "rising young star" and says he "will be using C&W's platform to build on that."
The former I/ESG managing director worked on Mary Ann Tighe's team before Tighe bolted the firm for CBRE. In one of his last Insignia deals, Hollander completed a 100,000-sf lease at 230 Park for Swiss Re. He also worked with Tighe on a 400,000-sf deal at 825 Third Ave.
