Raintree Hollow will include Soaker Springs, an interactive water attraction, designed especially for small children, and Mountain Twist, a three-slide water complex, described as "aggressive, but not quite high-thrill," in a printed statement. The park contains Raging River Rapids and Mountain Scream slides.

The expansion will be situated in a naturally wooded landscape and contain misting trees and a giant waterwheel.

Ottawa-based ProSlide Technology, which designed the initial water attractions, is also designing Mountain Twist and Soaker Springs. Mountain Twist is a single-person mat slide with a 42-foot drop and an average grade of 12.5%, which is said to match the Smoky Mountain terrain of the park.
