The assignment consists of of six industrial properties throughout the two counties, according to John Combs, president for U.S. property services at Insignia.
Insignia says the contract solidifies its position as the biggest property management firm in Orange County and the second largest in Los Angeles County.
The Lend Lease assignment is part of 1.3 million in new management contracts the company has won recently in Southern California. The others include 55,000 sf of office space for Teles Properties in Diamond Bar, 60,000 sf of office for Metro Properties in Westlake Village, 111,000 sf of office for ATC Partners in El Segundo, and 160,000 sf of retail space in Torrance for Invesco Realty Advisors.
Insignia/ESG now manages 11 million square feet of commercial space in Los Angeles County and 21 million square feet of commercial space in Orange County.
