Known as Broadstone Heights, the development is being constructed by Alliance Residential at 8100 Barstow NE and will include 18 eight-unit, two story buildings and six 12-unit, three-story buildings, each with detached garages and covered parking. It is expected to be completed by the spring 2003.

Designed in a Southwestern style with stucco exteriors, tile roofs and multi-color facades, the 10.9-acre community will feature private courtyards, extensive landscaping and card-activated entry gates monitored by video cameras. The 3,800-sf clubhouse at the heart of the community will include a business center, conference room and fitness center equipped with the latest in computerized aerobic and weight-training machines. A heated pool and spa along with a picnic and barbecue area will be located on the grounds. Individual units will feature the latest in telephone, video and high-speed Internet connections.

Russ Becker of Russ Becker Commercial Real Estate negotiated the land sale between seller, Hoech Real Estate Corp. and Alliance Residential. Todd & Associates are the architects on the project, which is being constructed by Alliance Residential Builders.
