This is the second top-level appointment by Grubb & Ellis to this office in less than a year. Last October, the company named Bob Clements executive vice president and managing director here.
Bamonte and Clements will focus on expanding the firm's services to new andexisting clients. This expansion is part of the firm's overall growth strategy for the Mid-Atlantic region.
Bamonte is responsible for leading the local property management team. The Philadelphia management services portfolio now encompasses 5.1 million sf.
Bamonte also has held management posts at locally based Jackson-Cross Co. and in New York-based Citibank's credit business and corporate facilities organization.
