Ted Sawyer of CB Richard Ellis, who along with partners Darin McDonald and Walt Chenoweth represented landlord RREEF of Anaheim, tells GlobeSt.com the food company moved to the new space from its former quarters of about the same size in Cerritos, Calif.

Sawyer says Mission's move-in brings occupancy to 100% at the single-story, concrete tilt-up industrial building, which was built this year and includes about 94,000 sf of space.

Mission, founded in 1949, says it is the largest manufacturer of corn and flour tortillas in the world and makes about a quarter of all the world's tortillas. Besides its California operations in Fullerton, Fresno, Madera and Rancho Cucamonga, the Irvine, Texas-based company has facilities in Colorado, Georgia, Oregon and Texas.
