Steve Strand, who represented the firm along with Scott German, both of NAI Horizon, tells GlobeSt.com that the company expects to move the administrative offices into the 2001 W. Camelback Rd. building by Sept. 1. The company, a subsidiary of Laidlaw Transit Services Inc., is presently located at 9525 E. Doubletree Ranch in Scottsdale.
Strand says the decision to move the regional headquarters to the fourth-floor suite was prompted by a need for a more central location that would allow the transit firm to better service its clients. The new location will give the firm better access to Interstate 17, the CBD and the Camelback Corridor. The company provides specialized public transportation services to handicapped and housebound individuals.
Building owner Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Associates was represented in the $632,562 long-term lease by the Insignia/ESG team of Ray Harris, Trevor Klinkhamer and Mitch Chilton.
