The center has an on-site bank, food court, six restaurants and a 113-room hotel. It is located on Routes 30 and 896 in Pennsylvania Dutch country.
CB Richard Ellis' Rosemont, IL-based shopping center investment team is exclusive investment marketing agent. The team, formed in 1996, consists of George Good, Robert Mahoney and Richard Frolick. This will be the team's fourth regional outlet mall assignment in the past two years.
