The 110,867 sf shopping center at S.W. 8th and 137th Avenue in Miami was sold by Regency Centers of Jacksonville, FL.

The center was built in 1987 and is anchored by a Publix supermarket and Eckerd drug store.

Regency bought the property in 1997 through BlackRock Realty Advisors which also helped Regency sell the property to Woolbright, according to BlackRock's prepared statement.
