Direct TV Distributor Moves HQ to Morehouse

SAN DIEGO, CA-Professional Satellite & Communications is already occupying its newly leased 54,074-sf space in Morehouse Technology Center, which is serving as one the company's major call centers. The entire lease transaction, which is valued at $2.1 million, has taken just two weeks to execute.

SAN DIEGO, CA-Professional Satellite & Communications, the country’s largest distributor of Direct TV, has opened up a new corporate headquarters in Morehouse Technology Center, which is located in the heart of Sorrento Mesa’s high-tech corridor.

The new tenant has inked a three-year lease for a 54,074-sf facility here, which is one of three buildings in the 181,207-sf complex. Professional Satellite’s facility, which stands at 5590 Morehouse Drive, has allowed the company to consolidate its various locations into one corporate headquarters. The facility, which came already equipped with furniture, cabling and wiring, also serves as one of the firm’s major call centers.
