The new tenant, which specializes in Hawaiian regional cuisine, will occupy 3,450 sf at 8980 University Center. It will move into its new facility in November 2002, according to the terms of the 10-year lease.
In addition to the new Restaurant Row location, Jean Marie Josselin also operates Pacific Café on the island of Kauai and 808 Restaurant in Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, which feature Hawaiian and Euro-Pacific cuisine. Regarded as one of the founders of Hawaiian regional cuisine, Josselin blends elements of European and Asian food with ingredients of the Pacific Rim into his signature dishes.
Jean Marie Josselin LLC was represented by Bill Shrader of Burnham Real Estate Services Oncor International. Shrader also acted on behalf of the lessor, the Archon Group.
