CORFAC Picks Strictly Commercial for Local Office Arm

ORLANDO-Corporate Facility Advisors Inc., an Arlington, VA-based international transaction referral network, selects one member per market for various categories. Rebman Properties Inc. of Maitland, FL represents CORFAC on industrial deals.

ORLANDO-Strictly Commercial Inc., co-founded 13 years ago by John Gay and Sarah Castor, today is the official office arm of Corporate Facility Advisors Inc., an Arlington, VA-based international transaction referral network.

The locally based firm joinst Rebman Properties Inc. of Maitland, FL as the newest members of CORFAC, an 80-company member group that last year negotiated 6,294 deals in 90 countries involving 210 million sf of commercial/industrial and aggregately valued at $7.6 billion.

Strictly Commercial booked 32 transactions valued at $66.6 million last year.
