Historic Creation officials couldn't be reached at GlobeSt.com's publication deadline to learn funding details.

But brokers following the multifamily market tell GlobeSt.com the project is planned for either 185 units or 288 units with 30,000 sf of ground-floor office and retail, up from 10,000 sf initially projected.

The three-acre, one-block site is bounded by Pine and Church Streets and Eola Drive and Osceola Avenue.
