German Skyscraper Fund Buys Shelley House for $103M

LONDON-German fund Meag Munich Ergo Real Estate Investment GmbH has bought its first tower block in the UK, Shelley House.

The 12-storey tower, built three years ago and comprising 10,641 sq m, is fully let to law firm DLA until 2019.

The 52m Shelley House is the third office tower bought by Meag and its first in the UK. The fund also owns the 97m ERGO-Hochhaus in Mannheim and the 85m Meag Hochhaus in Munich.
