New Class A Facility to Rise in Rio Courtyard

SAN DIEGO, CA-A joint venture comprised of Gary Beyler and Jim Allen acquire a 2.71-acre parcel that is located in the Rio Courtyard business center. They say they plan to build an 80,000-sf, class A building on the property.

SAN DIEGO, CA-Rio Courtyard LLC has acquired a 2.71-acre parcel in the Rio Courtyard business center for $2.6 million.

The company, which is comprised of Gary Beyler as manager and Jim Allen, says it plans to build an 80,000-sf, class A building on the site, which is located to the east of 8989 Rio San Diego Drive in Mission Valley. Another company owned and managed by Beyler, Griffin Properties LLC, already holds two other properties located opposite the San Diego Marriott Mission Valley. They consist of the 78,000-sf office building Rio Vista Plaza, which is located at 8989 Rio San Diego Drive, and the Rio Vista Offices project, a 30,000-sf facility slated for completion early next year.
